Wonderful Beach Stay
helpful staff professional service direct access beach access
I appreciated the friendly staff. Zakaria was especially helpful and professional. The chef preparing omelettes during breakfast was very polite. The breakfast included many options. The location offers direct access to the beach. There is also a nice pool available.
I noticed that the rooms can benefit from soundproofing to better isolate external noise.

The hotel provides direct beach access and a clean pool area. I saw equipment for water sports available for rent near the beach. The gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes.

The hotel is close to Kite Beach, a nice area for watersports. Sunset Mall is a short walk away (about two minutes). This mall offers groceries and some lunch spots, very handy.

The reception staff welcomed us. The restaurant staff at Kite Cafe remembered our preferences (which was really kind). The lifeguard showed concern for our comfort .

Our Beach View Superior Room was spacious. It had complimentary fresh water bottles provided daily. The room had regular cleaning that was unobtrusive. I liked the beautiful sea view from the room.

a gem by the beach
kitesurfing beach kitchen order clean pool delicious omelette
the resort location were amazing, right by the kitesurfing beach and restaurants. my room had a kitchen to order meals. the pool area were clean and the staff was very helpful. at breakfast, i really enjoy the omelette, so delicious!
the air conditioning in the room are old and it not work properly, causing some discomfort.

my room were big and clean, gave plenty of space. i find a furnished kitchen and washing machine inside, also a clotheshorse. facilities were enough for a long stay.

the reception team give a warm welcome. they accommodate us with an extra bed, because we asked about a change of room. the staff at the kite cafe team were great and remembered our preferences.

the pool is good and clean, there is also a separate kids pool. the location is right next to a good beach and beach promenade. there is a gym with a lot of equipment, all in good condition.

The location was fantastic. the staff was really friendly and always smiling. breakfast was amazing. We loved the variety.
The rooms were very basic and old. they sold us a room for three. They then offered my daughter a sofa to sleep on. we requested an extra bed and had to pay an additional fee for it.
